For Delivery 

We provide delivery services to the UK with the following options:

UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – Free for orders £40 or over.
UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £3.95.
UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5.95.
UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only) – £9.95.
We process orders from Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders received outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Please note that Express delivery orders received after 1pm on Fridays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

POTENTIAL SHIPPING DELAYS:

Due to recent Royal Mail strikes, there may be delays in the delivery of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. We recommend making your holiday purchases as early as possible to avoid disappointment. While tracking information may not have been updated by Royal Mail, most orders are in transit, and we hope they will be delivered soon. Please check your order page on our website for updates, and we'll send a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

For Returns

We strive to process orders accurately, but if any mistakes occur, we're committed to resolving them promptly.

If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return unopened products to us, provided they are in their original condition and securely returned. We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. Please note that Fragrance Oils in clear or crystal bottles are exempt, and we do not offer refunds on promotional, reduced, or discounted items unless the product is damaged (proof of damage required).

Returns, exchanges, and replacements will be processed upon receipt of your items. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt when sending your items back to us, as we cannot reimburse the cost of postage paid to return the goods.
